About Jill VantHul

I was born and raised a South Dakota farm girl, where I learned to work hard and be true to my word. My determination served me well throughout college and early working career in banking, marketing and event planning. When my two boys were born, I had the luxury of staying home with them for seven years. Those years of being a stay-at-home Mom provided me with valuable experience in customer relations and negotiations, especially during the toddler and teenage years, and now that they are young adults I am enjoying a whole new side of them. I have worked in Real Estate for over a decade, and I enjoy working with my clients to buy and sell real estate all over western South Dakota. I have gained valuable experience with selling all types of properties, including luxury, family, new construction, land, ranch and commercial properties. As a fierce advocate for my clients, I always have their best interests in mind. I have earned the 2026 Spirit of Cooperation Award, an annual Top Sales Volume award and many monthly Top Producer and Top Sales Volume awards.
